Delivery and returns policy:

Logistics: 

We ship within the UK via Royal Mail and our delivery partners depending on package size/weight/timescales. Our delivery partners collect from us every day before 10 am excluding Sundays and bank holidays.

International shipping

We are not currently able to deliver outside of the UK.

Delivery:

We aim to deliver your order between 3-5 business days. However, orders are usually shipped via next-day (tracked) service and should reach you sooner. Please note: Larger/heavier orders may be shipped tracked 48. Promotional free delivery or half-priced delivery items will be shipped via a 48-hour service.

Orders received after 2 pm will be processed the following business day. Orders received over the weekend, or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Please note - your order will remain in “pending” status until shipped, whereby, you will receive a dispatch notification along with your tracking number. We recommend checking your spam folder if your email has gone astray.

Delivery costs:

We currently offer a flat rate delivery of £5.50 per order. Some products may be subject to half-price delivery (see individual product listing for offer code).

Returns: 

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but In the unlikely event that you’re not happy with the item, please email hello@llivingrooms.com to advise of your intention to return an item/s.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns. You may still return the item but must cover the return postage cost yourself. Please note: The original shipping fee may differ from what you pay to return the item. Items should be returned within 14 days of receipt and must be in original packaging and unused.

When returning an item it is advisable to retain proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any “lost in the post” occurrences.

Faulty or broken/damaged items: In such cases, please email hello@llivingrooms.com and advise that the item has arrived damaged or broken. We will ask for photos of the item/s so that it can be further investigated with the relevant delivery provider. A replacement will be sent at no extra cost to you (if stock levels permit) otherwise, a full or partial refund will be issued (depending on the number of item/s damaged) via your original payment method.

Cancelling an order:

We love to prepare your item for shipping promptly, but If you change your mind after placing your order, please email hello@llivingrooms.com as soon as possible and within 4 hours to advise us of your request to cancel an order. Your payment will then be refunded via the original payment method but can take up to ten days to appear on your bank statement. Orders can not be cancelled after the item is shipped.

Handmade items :

We cannot accept returns for any slight imperfections that occur during the hand-making process - including glaze slips, uneven patches etc, any of which will be mentioned in the product information, or seen in the product photos.

Our sustainability promise: 

We are conscious of our environmental impact and ship items in recyclable/reusable cardboard boxes, and all our internal packaging is made from recyclable materials and eco-friendly glues/inks. To reduce waste further, we offer paperless returns.
