Questions we’re frequently asked:

  • What are your shipping times and options?

    We pride ourselves on a prompt delivery service - usually within 24-48 hours and send out our items tracked, for your peace of mind. Our shipping cost is a flat rate of £5.50 per order, no matter the size or weight. Please note: where free, or half-priced shipping is offered deliveries may take slightly longer but usually within 48 hours. Large or heavier items will usually ship via a 48 hr service.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Unfortunately, we only ship within the UK at this time. However, we may offer overseas options in future.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    You can indeed. However, we love to prepare your item promptly for shipping so we ask that you contact us at hello@llivingrooms.com within four hours of placing your order. If you miss this time slot and your item has shipped, you can always follow our returns procedure.

  • What if my item arrives damaged?

    In the unfortunate event that your item arrives broken or faulty, please get in touch via email hello@llivingrooms.com or send us a message on Instagram and we will be happy to help you with this.

  • Can I return an item if I change my mind?

    Yes, of course. Please note that we don't currently offer free returns - you will need to bear the cost of returning the item to us if you wish to do so. We ask that the item be unused and in its original packaging.

    Returns are paperless so please get in touch with us at hello@llivingrooms.com with your intention to return an item.

  • Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

    We don't currently offer this service. However, we pride ourselves on delivering a beautifully packaged item to you or your recipient.
