AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS OF SERVICE

Please be aware that stock levels and delivery times may vary based upon supply. If the product ordered is not in stock, the customer will be notified of such directly by Lliving rooms. The Customer will be informed of the approximate delay time and given the option of waiting or a refund. The purchase will not be completed until Lliving rooms and the customer have reached an agreement on this.

Somerset Lliving rooms endeavours to process all orders within three-five business days of receiving the order. However, we reserve the right to delay this during periods of high demand or low supply levels.

Delivery

All delivery is carried out by Royal Mail or our delivery partners according to package size and timescales.

Returns

Our refund and returns policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund (damaged items) or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If your item is received damaged during transit you must provide images of such damage so that we may look into it with the relevant delivery partner.

PLEASE NOTE RETURNS POSTAGE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@somersetcampervancompany.co.uk.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you must first contact us and we will provide you with details of our return address and how to proceed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
